If you are currently hosting with another company and want to move, it isn't as difficult as one might think. If you follow the below instructions, you will be sure to have a simple and quick move with no downtime!

1) Signup With A New Account With Pure Web Hosting...
Sign up with a new hosting account through Pure Web Hosting that best fit your needs. If you need help choosing the right account for you, please click here!
2) Upload You Website And Check It...
Once your account has been activated at Pure Web Hosting, you can begin uploading your files. Upload your website and check it to make sure everything is working properly.
3) Change Your DNS Servers With Your Domain Registrar...
You will need to inform your domain registrar (the company you registered your domain name through) that you have a new web hosting company. This a fairly easy task and requires that you change the two addresses where your domain name currently points. Change your DNS servers to the addressing provided to you during your signup.

Once you have made the changes to your domain name servers, it can take up to 48 hours to propagate and begin pointing to your new Pure Web Hosting account. Once this has happened, continue to step 4.

4) Cancel You Old Web Hosting Account...
Once your domain name is pointing correctly at your new account with Pure Web Hosting, cancel your web hosting account with your old provider. Once this is done, you are all set.
Should you require assistance doing any of the above, please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to help you!
